1. Open the scene file and look for KrakatoaPRTLoader node, expand the ParticleFileLoader column and double-click the corresponding cache path such as: "vr :particle_####.prt”, ensure that the corresponding cache file is inside the folder.
2. Ensure that the file path in Asset Tracking is the same as the file path in Modifier list. Besides that, ensure that the cache path and cache name are not using Chinese or special characters.
