一. Support software
issue: Task failed because our platform doesn't have the software and plugin that correspond to your render file.
Solution: Users need to communicate with our customer service to confirm if we support the software that corresponds to your tasks in advance. If the software is right but task still failed, pls check the project configuration software and make sure the version is correct.
二. support plugin
issue: If user forget to configure the plugin that corresponds to your scene in a project or the configured plugin hasn't been activated during submit a task. Such as:
A. If you are using realflow in your scene but our farm doesn't have the same version realflow, although task will be successful to render the render result would be wrong. The following render result is correct and incorrect
B. If you are using vray as the renderer in your scene but our platform doesn't have the corresponding vray version or doesn't configure the right version, then the task will be failed.
Solution: User need to configure the same version plugin with your scene while you submitting a task
