Login Error Solution
Server connection failure
Step 1: Open the command prompt and enter 'ping task.foxrenderfarm.com'.
Step 2: If the connection is successful, the ping result will appear as follows, If the ping fails, contact your network administrator to verify if the required IP and port permissions are granted.
Step 3: If the ping succeeds, try 'telnet task.foxrenderfarm.com 8888'. If the telnet connection is successful, report the issue to our customer service for the R&D team to investigate further. However, if the telnet fails, reach out to your network administrator again to confirm the IP and port permissions.
Initialization failure
Step 1: Exit the Fox Renderfarm desktop client.
Step 2: Clear all files in the directory %appdata%\FoxRenderfarmRaysync.
Step 3: Start the Fox Renderfarm desktop client again.

Server list initiation failure
Step 1: Open the command prompt and enter 'ping cdl.foxrenderfarm.com' to confirm whether the connection is normal
Step 2: enter 'task.foxrenderfarm.com' to confirm whether the connection is normal.
Step 3: If the ping is successful, report the issue to our online customer service. However, if the ping fails, please contact your network administrator to verify that the required IP and port permissions are granted.
