Netflix’s First African Animation Series 'Supa Team 4' is Coming

Netflix has shared the first trailer for their new 3D animated TV series, Supa Team 4, which is also their first African animation series. It is created by Zambian writer Malenga Mulendema, who wants to showcase African culture and the strength of young people, bringing a new impression of Africa to the audience. The series stars Pamela Nomvete, Zowa Ngwira, Namisa Mdlalose, Kimani Arthur, Nancy Sekhokoane, John MacMillan, Yinka Awoni, Ashley Zhangazha, and Thabe Ntebe. It is scheduled to premiere on Netflix on July 20.

The series follows four young girls who are recruited by an ex-spy, get four high-tech suits with superpowers, and have to fight with villains to protect their city from threats.
