Universal Pictures has shared the second trailer for the animation film, The Wild Robot, which is based on the famous book series of the same name by Peter Brown and produced by DreamWorks Animation. It is directed and written by Chris Sanders, starring Lupita Nyong’o, Pedro Pascal, Catherine O’Hara, Bill Nighy, Kit Connor, Stephanie Hsu, Mark Hamill, Matt Berry, and Ving Rhames.

The Wild Robot is scheduled to hit theaters this September 27. The film tells the story of a robot who builds relationships with the animals on an uninhabited island and becomes the adoptive parent of a newly orphaned baby goose.
