Disney has released the trailer for the animated short film series "Kizazi Moto: Generation Fire," which is scheduled to premiere on July 5 on Disney+. The series consists of ten short animated films based on the diverse histories and cultures of the African continent, showcasing the brave new world of advanced technology, aliens, spirits and monsters created by a new generation of animation creators with a uniquely African perspective.
The creators of these ten films come from various regions of Africa, including Egypt, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Uganda and Zimbabwe. Peter Ramsey serves as executive producer for the series, with Tendayi Nyeke and Anthony Silverston as supervising producers.
