Netflix has released a trailer for the stop-motion animated comedy film Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget, which is a sequel to Chicken Run (2000) and will air on December 15 on streamer. It is directed by Sam Fell, with a screenplay by Karey Kirkpatrick, John O'Farrell and Rachel Tunnard. The story is from Kirkpatrick and O'Farrell. It features the voices of Thandiwe Newton, Zachary Levi, Bella Ramsey, Romesh Ranganathan, David Bradley, among others.

After escaping from Tweedy's farm, Ginger discovers the ideal place where she and the flock can live safely. Then her new daughter, Molly, arrives as well, and everything is going well. However, the dangers of the human world are coming again, and this time Ginger along with her team will have to keep guarding the freedom that has been so hard to gain.
