Sony Pictures shares a new trailer for Gran Turismo, which is based on the unbelievable true story of a racing gamer who became a professional racer. Jann Mardenborough's story inspired this film, which is also based on the PlayStation game of the same name, and is directed by Neill Blomkamp from a screenplay by Jason Hall and Zach Baylin. The cast includes David Harbour, Orlando Bloom, Archie Madekwe, Darren Barnet, Geri Halliwell Horner, and Djimon Hounsou.

This film follows a Gran Turismo player who uses his gaming skills to earn himself an opportunity to drive a real race car and eventually become a professional racer. It is scheduled to hit theaters on August 11, 2023.
