Insydium announced that the next update of Fused will be released in late summer and will be available to everyone who subscribes or has a Fused license in maintenance.
This update involves NeXus, MeshTools and Taiao.
What is NeXus?
According to Insydium, NeXus is the first wave of cross-platform GPU-powered X-Particles tools.
The dynamic solvers and modifiers are powered by the GPU, so the speed has been increased massively. And with the GPU-powered modifiers, you are able to ou to create fast simulating particle set-ups. In addition, realistic foam and granular simulations can be easily created.

What’s New in MeshTools?
In the new MeshTools, it's possible to create fractals based on input geometry. With mtFractal, you are able to generate intricate fractals using the preset patterns, such as Tree, Sphere, Koch, and more.
You can also stack different fractals to make unlimited designs. The Geometry can be created based on Splines or Geometry; you can animate particles for more control if you assign an emitter to your Fractal object.
