As one of the largest and most famous international animated film festivals around the world, the 47th edition of Annecy Festival will take place in Annecy from June 12th to 17th, 2023.
Here comes the exciting news that the film submission of Annecy 2023 was open recently! According to the organizers CITIA, any audiovisual animation, created frame by frame whatever the technique, made for the cinema, television and any other screening platform may be entered. Besides, only works completed after 1st January 2022 and never previously entered at the Annecy Festival will be accepted.
CITIA will subtitle French and non French-speaking short films presented in competition. It will bear all expenses of this operation subject to receiving the complete original time-coded text of the original dialogue and/or commentary, as well as the French or English translation (these documents will be requested if the film is selected for competition).

c. Commissioned Films
d. Graduation Films
Registration deadline is 15th March 2023 for Feature Films and 6th April 2023 for VR Works.
