Recently, the South Korean science fantasy action film Alienoid (외계+인 1부), which has generated a lot of buzz in Korea, has been released in the U.S. on August 26, 2022, while it was already released in Korea on July 20.

Alienoid, directed by Choi Dong-hoon and starring Kim Tae-ri, Kim Woo-bin and Ryu Jun-yeol, is the first of a planned two-part epic sci-fi action time travel series.
Alienoid ties the two eras together, telling a story of the 14th century Goryeo Dynasty gurus who, while searching for a legendary sword that can change time, accidentally crosses paths with 21st century people who are hunting for dangerous aliens hiding in human bodies.
